Do you offer 24/7 access or holiday restrictions for car storage?

With our Premium 24/7 Car Storage Plan, you have unrestricted access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays and overnight hours.

Do I need to leave my key or key fob with the car?

We strongly recommend leaving your key or fob on site. Keys are stored in secure stainless steel PIN-access lockboxes, adding an extra layer of security and preserving key fob battery life.

Is lift storage a good option if I plan to drive my car occasionally?

Lift storage under our Collector Plan is best suited for long-term vehicle storage. If you plan to drive your car occasionally, the Premium 24/7 Plan is the better option.

How do you handle cars that leak oil or other fluids?

We use reinforced plastic drip trays supported by plywood panels, along with heavy-duty oil-absorbing containment blankets, to safely manage fluid leaks.

Is there a restroom available on site?

Yes. A restroom is available on the premises for client use.
